- The competition will be run on a league basis with
the league winners and runners-up progressing to semi finals.
- Three points for a win and one point for a draw.
- There will be no off-side rules applied but all other
11-a-side rules will apply.
- Each squad to consist of a maximum of 15 players:
only 3 substitutes can be used during a game. Once a player is substituted he
may not play again during the game.
- No player may play for more than one team.
- Footwear is optional: shinpads compulsory.
- Each team will be required to have a change of strip
in case of colour clash.
- Teams must be at the pitch at least 5 minutes prior
to the start of each game.
- Each game will be of 14 minutes duration: 7 minutes
each way. Final will be 10 minutes each way
- Should teams tie on points at the end of the league programme, goal difference will decide: if still the same then the team scoring most goals will go through to the semi-finals. If the teams are still tied then a penalty shoot-out will take place.
Drawn semi-finals will have 2 minutes each way extra time then penalty shoot out as above.
Drawn finals will have 3 minutes each way
extra time then penalty shoot out as above.
- Any protest regarding the legality of players should
be brought to the attention of a tournament official. If a protest is upheld
the offending team will be withdrawn from the competition.
- If a player is cautioned he will automatically be
suspended from the next game. If a player is sent off he will forfeit his
right to play in the rest of the competition.
- Season 2005/2006 age groups will apply and players
proof of age must be available.
- Winners and runners-up will receive their medals
after their final has taken place.
- The referees decision will be final in all matters.

All managers will be responsible for their players and supporters good behaviour.
Any team in the view of the tournament organisers not adhering to this, will be asked to leave the competition.
